The Agency
Authentic Creations is a literary agency located in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The agency was
founded in 1993 as a partnership between Ronald and
Mary Lee Laitsch in response to author
demand. In January, 2003, the partnership was incorporated as Authentic Creations Literary Agency, Inc.
Authentic Creations is dedicated to assisting talented writers to mold their
well-crafted manuscripts into published works through placement with highly respected
publishing houses. To this end, Authentic Creations works closely with its authors to prepare
and submit the best product possible to interested publishers.
Authentic Creations works with both fiction and non-fiction manuscripts across a variety of genres. As
attested to by our membership in Association of Authors' Representatives (AAR) and the Authors Guild. Authentic Creations is delighted to work with authors of mystery, mainstream and literary fiction.

Authentic Creations provides service throughout the publishing process including review of

Mary Lee
Laitsch
Mary Lee Laitsch was born in Baraboo, Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of
Wisconsin with a degree in library science. After graduation she worked in a school library
before becoming a literary agent. Her hobbies and personal interests include reading,
sewing, crafts and, of course, her family.
Ronald Laitsch
Ronald Laitsch was born and grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has earned both a
bachelor's in business administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin.
Ron managed and operated his own law firm in Wisconsin for a number of years before concentrating much
of his attention on his work as a literary agent. His hobbies and personal interests include
reading, golf, hiking, and his family.
